What is an affiliate program?

An Affiliate Program is a revenue sharing program. In the briefest of terms, an Affiliate Program is a way for a web site owner to offer the following discounts:

How much can I earn?

There is no limit to what you can earn with our Affiliate Program. Affiliates are paid on the following schedule:

  • 10% on 1st Tier Sales for the Lifetime of each customer directly referred by you, your newsletter, or your web site.
  • 10% on 2nd Tier Sales for the Lifetime of each customer. (Your 2nd Tier is made up of affiliates that you referred to the program. So, you get paid for your direct sales, and the sales of affiliates you refer to the program.)
  • 5% on 3rd Tier Sales for the Lifetime of each customer. (Your 3rd Tier is made up of affiliates that your 2nd Tier referrers bring to the program. So, you not only get paid for your direct sales, the sales of affiliates you refer, but also the sales of the affiliates they refer).

For example, our Private Placement Producer PLUS™ Software Template program costs $2,700.00 ($3,000.00 less a $300.00 discount triggered by your or your company’s promotional code). Your commission for a sale of the program is $270.00

REMEMBER: By referring affiliates to the program, your earnings power grows tremendously. When you signup, you will be given a simple tool you can use to generate referral links so you can start recruiting Affiliates and customers right away.

How big is the Market for your products?

According to the most recent data supplied by the Office of Advocacy U.S. Small Business Administration, there are approximately 4.3 million existing small businesses with employees between 1 and 49 in the U.S., which makes up a portion of the profile of our “End User” target market. There are approximately 600,000 new firm “births” in the U.S. each year, which make up another portion of our “End User” target market. Our Products can be sold internationally, making up another portion of our target market, as well. We know of many companies in Europe, Russia, Asia, Canada, Mexico, as well as, Central and South America who are seeking capital in the Unites States for building companies or projects in their countries that could use our Product(s). The good news is that due to the nature of federal and state securities laws, all securities offering documents used for raising capital in the U.S. must be written in “Plain English.” Therefore, there is no need for us to translate our Products into any foreign language. These international existing and new “birth” companies make up another portion of our “End User” target market for our Product(s).

Can the Financial Architect® programs be sold outside of the USA?

Yes! The templates are dynamic in nature and may be modified to fit almost any type of industry, regulatory authority, alternative sources, etc. The templates are specifically designed for the sales and solicitation of securities within the United States for companies seeking capital within the U.S. and therefore comply with U.S. security laws and regulations. That is not to say that one could not use the existing document as a template to “cut and paste” their own areas laws. (i.e. where we refer to Reg D 504 someone may plug in the details of their country’s law(s) descriptions).

How much does it cost to start?

NOTHING. It is a FREE program.

When and how am I paid?

Affiliates opting to be paid via regular check delivered through the US Postal Service shall be paid all earned commissions within 10 business days of the end of the commission month. For instance, commissions earned in July will be paid no later than August 15th. Affiliates opting to be paid via electronic draft (E-Check) drawn on a US Bank and electronically transferred to Affiliate’s bank account shall be paid within 10 business days of the end of the commission month. To receive electronic payment, Affiliates provide Commonwealth Capital Advisors LLC with their bank’s routing number and bank account number. There is a $100.00 minimum commission amount required for any form of commission payment.

How do you track referrals?

Each affiliate is given a special Affiliate ID that is unique to that Affiliate. By including this ID in a link to our site, the affiliate is credited with referring that visitor. Once the user arrives at our site, we place a session cookie on their computer. This cookie links that user to your Affiliate ID. This ensures that if that visitor makes a purchase, we will credit your Affiliate account.

A special feature of our system is that you can refer visitors to any page on our site. You just add your special promotional code to the URL, and you get credit for the referral. You do not need to send all your visitors to a special page. This can help you target specific web hosting plans that are appropriate for your visitors - which ultimately leads to more sales.

What kind of Marketing tools do you provide to affiliates?

We are constantly expanding the marketing tools for our Affiliation Network. At the time of this writing, we have all of the following tools available:

  • Sample promotional text (with embedded Affiliate Links)
  • Banners and Half-Banners (with HTML code with embedded Affiliate Links)
  • Affiliate Marketing Support (further explains target market and our company).

We know how important it is for our Affiliates to have the tools they need to succeed. We are constantly working on new tools to help affiliates boost sales.

What kind of Administrative tools do you provide to affiliates?

We handle all of the administrative activity. You will receive a commission payment once a month by electronic funds transfer or by check, as determined by you. You can view your detailed commission account along with down line affiliate sales in real time; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
