Job Opening: Vice President of Finance

The Company is in the process of moving its operations to Chicago and is seeking a qualified candidate in the Chicagoland area who will fulfill the position of V. P. of Finance, a newly created senior management level position.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 10+ years sales and operational experience in the investment banking/securities brokerage or venture capital industries. Candidate must have the ability to understand the company's mission, it services, its products and be able to assist in the development of its capitalization planning and implementation. Candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, a "can-do" attitude, effective organization and communication skills, and be a team player.
The V. P. of Finance will be working with and reporting directly to the CEO to build the company's Finance Department and selling the company's securities to individuals, as well as, institutional investors and be responsible for compliance follow-through, while we prepare the company for an Initial Public Offering.
