He was recently appointed in 2024 as President of the firm and its subsidiary, Commonwealth Capital Technologies, LLC. Before this, he served as President of Digital Innovation Group Holdings LLC, a GA Telesis™ company, one of the world’s largest commercial aerospace firms with over $1.0 billion in assets under management. In that role, he led the strategy, planning, and implementation of innovative business solutions utilizing emerging technologies in the FinTech space.
His extensive experience building companies and fostering technology, finance, and industry relationships is instrumental in executing new strategies and converting business opportunities into success for the company and its shareholders. Before joining DIG at GA Telesis, Jason had a long history of building technology services, platforms, and SaaS and PaaS solutions since 1990.
In late 2019, he co-founded Product Lab LLC, a digital product agency based in Miami that services clients across the U.S. As Co-Founder and Senior Managing Partner, he focuses on developing strategic business solutions for enterprise customers in North America, managing overall P&L, resource development, and critical client relations for emerging technology software development.
Before Product Lab, Mr. Bennick spent 12 years in private capital markets, launching and building multiple startups, including AutoLoop. As President and Chief Operating Officer, he grew AutoLoop from its seed phase in 2008 with fewer than six employees to over 200 employees and $65 million ARR, achieving a market value of $100 million in six years. This led to a successful nine-digit exit of the company in 2018, including a parallel eight-digit M&A of a subsidiary SaaS platform that he also managed.
Jason began his technology career in California's documentary film and broadcast industry, overseeing numerous studios and facilities' planning, development, and prod. He managed and grew global film, video, and broadcast production for non-profits, ultimately responsible for producing and distributing over 500 educational videos and films in more than 15 languages worldwide.
Jason received his BBA from American Intercontinental University in Georgia, graduating summa cum laude with a major in International Business, and is a Northwestern California University School of Law candidate (2 years incomplete). He holds professional certificates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Business, MITxPRO, and INSEAD Business School in Entrepreneurship, Blockchain, and Blue Ocean Strategy.
With over 30 years of leadership and management experience across startups, operational growth, finance, technology transformation, M&A, and capital markets, Mr. Bennick has demonstrated his ability to navigate complex strategies and successfully launch and expand business opportunities. He is also the Founder and Chairman of World for Human Rights, a non-profit human rights advocacy organization.
