We take on companies that are at the pre-broker dealer stage. All of our portfolio companies were initially vetted with an automated, due diligence screening process that also filters for a pre-existing list of potential investors to run through a Broker-Dealer or Regulated Crowdfunding Portal. In addition, our portfolio companies have a mandate to provide cash for a substantial legal budget(s) from the proceeds of various types of securities offerings.
