Your purchased securities will be registered in your name in the records of Commonwealth Capital, LLC (the “Company”) and held in book-entry form.

At the Company’s sole discretion and at a future date, the Company may engage a third-party transfer agent, duly authorized and admitted to the Direct Registration System (DRS) by the Depository Trust Company (DTC), to manage shareholder records.
Direct Registration ensures that your securities are recorded in your name without the need for physical certificates, mitigating the risk of loss or theft associated with traditional certificates.

Regardless of whether a physical shareholder certificate is issued, you will receive transaction confirmations, periodic account statements, dividend notifications, annual reports, proxies, and other relevant communications directly from the Company or its designated transfer agent.
