Managing Directors leverage their time and reach by introducing Alliances and Affiliates that in turn introduce many start-up, early-stage, and later-stage companies who seek seed, development or expansion capital into our Corporate Engineering Conservatory™.
There, these companies self-incubate their capital structure correctly to raise capital directly from us, our co-investors, and/or through SEC-registered broker-dealers and crowdfunding portals.
Our Managing Directors receive many benefits as described in the General Associate and Master Associate Distributor Licenses, including generous cash, as well as equity compensation from the portfolio companies they introduce to us.
